DESCRIPTION

Dairy Farmers sure know how to push gear to its limits and that's why we developed the new Tempest Range of wet weather gear. Designed tougher than most, thanks to its advanced Dual Tough construction; which boasts an unprecedented Double Ripstop outer fabric and two waterproof breathable layers. These combine to give you the ultimate peace-of-mind, knowing that you've got the right gear to get the job done - throughout the seasons.With convenient features, purpose-built design and most importantly “user-comfort” at the forefront of the design brief - the Tempest Range gives you the performance, durability and all-day comfort that you can trust; day in day out, from the shed to the paddock and for every job in between.
MATERIALS & CARE

Notes on Washing: To extend the life of the garment and for best performance, close all zips including pocket zips. Use a small amount of non-scented LIQUID detergent and gentle wash at a temperature below 40º Celsius. DO NOT use powder detergents, fabric softener or chlorine bleach. Powder detergents include artificial scents, UV brighteners and abrasives that will reduce the life of the garment. Warm tumble dry, or line dry after washing.

Care after every use: Clean or wipe down any dirt, blood, or sweat. Ensure your rainwear layer is fully DRY before you store it away. Ensure that the environment where you store your garments is in a dry damp-free place. Ensure rainwear items are hanging up and not stored in a cram bag or screwed up in a heap.

Durable Water Repellency (DWR): If you notice that the water is not beading off the outer surface it’s time to replenish the DWR. Wash your garment through a standard wash cycle (use liquid detergent), then you can wash it again using an in-wash DWR replenisher (at 30°C) OR a spray on DWR replenisher. Dry the garment at a LOW temperature in a tumble dryer or air dry.

100% WINDPROOF

Another key attribute of the Tempest range performance is the 100% windproof qualities of its technical Double Ripstop fabric. This advanced 3-layer fabric blocks 100% of Wind, ensuring you stay protected from the elements throughout the seasons.

The Tempest Range is made from our ‘Dual Tough Fabric’ which is a combination of two waterproof layers and a brushed inner lining. The outer waterproof layer is a tough Ripstop Nylon with an advanced DWR treatment that repels water, blood and dirt. This fabric has an advanced 100% waterproof membrane that’s rated at 15 000mm (JIS L1092:2009) and has a breathability of 10 000 gm/m2/24hours. This outer layer is bonded with an inner PU layer which is 100% waterproof and rated at 10,000mm and has a breathability of 10,000gm/m2/24hours. These two layers are then combined with a brushed poly knit lining that has 4-way stretch to keep you comfortable.
