At Stoney Creek, we’re committed to delivering high-quality products and a great online shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you’re welcome to exchange it for another size or request a full refund (excluding freight) provided the following conditions are met:

Eligibility

Your item can be returned if:

  • It is returned within 14 days of receiving your order
  • You provide proof of purchase
  • It was purchased with the intention of being kept
  • It is unused, in original condition, with all tags attached

In-Store Purchases

If you purchased your item from a retail partner, please return it directly to the store you bought it from. They will assist you with their own returns process.

How to return your online order

  1. Complete the returns form below.
  2. Include the confirmation email sent to you inside your parcel.
  3. Clearly write your Stoney Creek Website Order Number and your name on the outside of the package.
  4. Send your return to:

Sales & Clearance Items

All sale and clearance items are final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs

All return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not cover postage for items returned to our warehouse.
For all non-faulty returns, customers must arrange and pay for return shipping.

Please note:

  • International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for orders shipped outside New Zealand.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
