Terms & Conditions 1. By entering the promotion each entrant will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them. 2. The Promoter is: Stoney Creek est 1994 Ltd, 51B Glenlyon Ave, Greerton, Tauranga, New Zealand. 3. Entry is open to all retail customers purchasing Stoney Creek products at registered locations and online at www.stoneycreek.co.nz. Wholesale, independent and/or Stoney Creek employees, its associated companies, agencies and their associated companies are ineligible to participate to WIN the Spring Providers Promotion. “Immediate families” means the husband, wife, spouse, parent, siblings and children. 4. The promotion starts the 1st September 2026 and continues until the 30th November 2026 (“Promotion Period”). 5. To enter the promotion individuals must purchase Stoney Creek product(s) from participating retail stores, Stoney Creek stores and/or online at www.stoneycreek.co.nz during the Promotion Period and complete the entry form online at www.stoneycreek.co.nz/pages/spring-provider-promotion before entries close on the 6th December 2026. Proof of purchase must be retained and presented by the winners. Stoney Creek Est 1994 Ltd reserves the right to accept or decline any entry if the proof of purchase cannot be definitively confirmed. 6. The Promoter accepts no liability for late, lost or incomplete entries. Entries will be deemed to be void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way. 7. The prize for the Spring Provider Promotion is more than $2,000 NZD RRP worth of Stoney Creek products and a gift voucher, subject to stock availability. 8. This prize is not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. 9. Once entries have been verified the winner will be randomly drawn by the Promoter after the Promotion Period ends. This random draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. 10. Winners will be contacted via contact details provided at entry and announced via the Stoney Creek NZ social media pages and website once the winners have been verified and contacted. If the prize winners cannot be contacted within five days, at Stoney Creek’s option those winners will forfeit the prize with no right of compensation and the prize will be redrawn. 11. By entering this promotion you agree to give Stoney Creek the rights to use the entered content across all marketing purposes, which includes but is not limited to Stoney Creek’s social media, websites, catalogues, advertising, packaging and digital platforms. If you do not consent to your photos/videos being used in marketing materials by Stoney Creek please advise in writing to marketing@stoneycreek.co.nz. 12. By claiming the Prize the winner agrees for their name/city and photos/videos to be used on Stoney Creek’s social media, websites, catalogues, advertising, packaging and digital platforms and to be available for photo opportunities. The winner agrees to media releases regarding their win which includes but is not limited to, photographs on Stoney Creek’s website, Facebook and Instagram Page, email newsletter and press releases. 13. Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, Stoney Creek and their employees are not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize. 14. In the event of a dispute or need for clarification, Stoney Creek’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 15. All entries become the property of Stoney Creek. By entering the promotion entrants understand and agree that Stoney Creek may contact them by email after the Promotional Period to advise the winner of the Promotion.
