Terms & Conditions 1. By entering the promotion each entrant will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them. 2. The Promoter is: Stoney Creek est 1994 Ltd, 51B Glenlyon Ave, Greerton, Tauranga, New Zealand. 3. Entry is open to all retail customers purchasing Stoney Creek products at registered locations and online at www.stoneycreek.co.nz. Wholesale, independent and/or Stoney Creek employees, its associated companies, agencies and their associated companies are ineligible to participate to WIN the Ultimate Stoney Creek Experience. “Immediate families” means the husband, wife, spouse, parent, siblings and children. 4. The promotion starts the 1st June 2023 and continues until the 31st July 2023 (“Promotion Period”). 5. To enter the promotion individuals must purchase $100 worth of Stoney Creek product(s) from participating retail stores and online at www.stoneycreek.co.nz during the Promotion Period and complete the entry form online at www.stoneycreek.co.nz/ultimate_experience during the Promotion Period. Proof of purchase must be retained and presented by the winners. Stoney Creek Est 1994 Ltd reserves the right to accept or decline any entry if the proof of purchase cannot be definitively confirmed. For every $100 spent on Stoney Creek products throughout June/July, receive 1x Entry into the lucky dip draw. There are also four spots up for grabs that your $100 spend qualifies you to also enter. There will be a spot for Best Video, Best Photo, Stoney Creek Nomination and Most Loyal Stoney Creek Customer. 6. The Promoter accepts no liability for late, lost or incomplete entries. Entries will be deemed to be void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way. 7. The grand prize for the “ULTIMATE STONEY CREEK EXPERIENCE” includes 1 x individual placement on an exciting Stoney Creek hosted/organised Fiordland Liveaboard Experience with Pure Salt. 8. This prize includes (if required) transport to and from Fiordland (Stoney Creek will work with you to arrange this), a professional guide and food all being provided. Any additional travel, accommodation or add-ons outside of the experience will be at the winner’s expense. The date for the Ultimate Experience will be decided on by the promoter, between the dates of 18/09/23 and 20/09/23. Please allow two days either side for weather and travel. 9. This experience is not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The prize cannot be transferred, and the dates are non-negotiable. 10. If the experience is cancelled and cannot go ahead due to restrictions outside of the Promoter's control (e.g. Covid Restrictions) then each winner will be notified and forfeit the prize and in exchange will receive a Stoney Creek voucher to be used to purchase gear on the Stoney Creek website www.stoneycreek.co.nz up to the value of $1,000 NZD RRP. 11. Once entries have been verified for the lucky dip draw, the winner will be randomly drawn by the Promoter after the Promotion Period ends. This random draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. 12. The four extra prize spots will be selected via a judging panel appointed by the Promoter after the Promotion Period ends. This draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. 13. Winners will be contacted via contact details provided at entry and announced via the Stoney Creek NZ social media pages and website once the winners have been verified and contacted. If the prize winners cannot be contacted within five days, at Stoney Creek’s option those winners will forfeit the prize with no right of compensation and the prize will be redrawn. 14. By entering this competition you agree to give the Promoter the rights to use the entered content across all marketing purposes, which includes but is not limited to the Promoter’s social media, websites, catalogues, advertising, packaging and digital platforms. If you do not consent to your photos/videos being used in marketing materials by the Promotor please advise Stoney Creek in writing to [email protected]. 15. By claiming the Prize the Winners agree for their name/city and photos/videos to be used on the Promoter’s social media, websites, catalogues, advertising, packaging and digital platforms and to be available for photo opportunities. The Winner agrees to media releases regarding their win which includes but is not limited to, photographs on the Promoter’s website, Facebook and Instagram Page, email newsletter and press releases. 16. Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, Stoney Creek est 1994 Ltd and their employees are not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prizes. 17. In the event of a dispute or need for clarification, the Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 18. All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering the competition entrants understand and agree that the Promoter may contact them by email after the Promotional Period to advise the winners of the Promotion. The Promoter will only continue to contact entrants if they have agreed to receive the Promoter’s email newsletter. Subject to any applicable privacy laws. 19. Box 13 246, Tauranga, 3141. 21. The Promoter reserves the right to modify these rules, extend, suspend or discontinue this competition at any time.
