By entering the promotion each entrant will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them. 2. The promoter is Stoney Creek est 1994 Ltd, 51B Glenlyon Ave, Greerton, Tauranga, New Zealand. 3. Entry is open to all New Zealand residents. Stoney Creek employees, its associated companies, agencies and their associated companies are ineligible to participate. “Immediate families” means the husband, wife, spouse, parent, siblings and children. 4. The promotion starts on Wednesday 10th June 2026 and ends on Saturday 13th June 2026 (“Promotion Period”). 5. To enter the promotion individuals must purchase at the Stoney Creek Fieldays® stand between Wednesday 10th June 2026 and Saturday 13th June 2026, and enter online at www.stoneycreek.co.nz/pages/purchase-win. Entries are accepted up until 11:59pm 21st June 2026. 6. Stoney Creek accepts no liability for late, lost or incomplete entries. Entries will be deemed to be void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way. 7. The prize is a $500 Stoney Creek voucher (“Prize”) that can be redeemed online at www.stoneycreek.co.nz. 8. This Prize is not exchangeable, transferable and cannot be taken as cash. The Prize is subject to standard terms and conditions of Stoney Creek. The prize cannot be redeemed via a retail store. 9. The winner will be selected by Stoney Creek after the Promotion Period ends. This draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. 10. The winner will be contacted via contact details provided at entry and announced via the Stoney Creek’s social media pages and website once the winner has been verified and contacted. If the winner cannot be contacted within five days, at Stoney Creek’s option the winner will forfeit the prize with no right of compensation and the prize will be redrawn. 11. By entering this promotion you agree to give Stoney Creek the rights to use the entered content across all marketing purposes, which includes but is not limited to Stoney Creek’s social media, websites, catalogues, advertising, packaging and digital platforms. If you do not consent to your photos/videos being used in marketing materials by Stoney Creek please advise in writing to marketing@stoneycreek.co.nz. 12. By claiming the Prize the winner agrees for their name/city and photos/videos to be used on Stoney Creek’s social media, websites, catalogues, advertising, packaging and digital platforms and to be available for photo opportunities. The winner agrees to media releases regarding their win which includes but is not limited to, photographs on Stoney Creek’s website, Facebook and Instagram Page, email newsletter and press releases. 13. Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, Stoney Creek and their employees are not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize. 14. In the event of a dispute or need for clarification, Stoney Creek’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 15. All entries become the property of Stoney Creek. By entering the promotion entrants understand and agree that Stoney Creek may contact them by email after the Promotional Period to advise the winner of the Promotion.
