This highly breathable and stretchable membrane helps adapt and regulates your body temperature to the constant stopping and starting involved in the active hunt.

The feature packed Landsborough Trousers have a unique advantage thanks to their Air Permeable membrane within the innovative 3-layer Frostline Fabric. This highly breathable and stretchable membrane helps adapt and regulates your body temperature to the constant stopping and starting involved in the active hunt.
When used as part of your technical layering system, the Landsborough Trousers combine the ultimate balance between warmth and breathability. With their grid fleece inner lining to promote efficient internal heat distribution, the Landsborough Trousers will keep you warm and on-the-go.
With a tightly woven 75D polyester outer and DWR coating, the Landsborough Trousers are built to actively repel water, snow, wind, dirt and blood. Worn primarily as an outerlayer when heavy rain isn’t an issue, or underneath a rainproof pair of overtrousers when really wet, the Landsborough Trousers will be your go to trousers when hunting in steep and cold conditions.
With abrasion resistant ankle scuff pads, reinforced seat and knees, the Landsborough Trousers have been built tough to withstand the rugged outdoor playground.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To maintain top performance of your Stoney Creek garment we recommend a regular warm washing at 40 degrees (inside out) with a non-powdered laundry detergent (Sports Wash recommended) and occasional warm tumble dry, right side out. A warm wash assists in killing bacteria and the warm drying for 20 minutes revives the fabric and rejuvenates the DWR and the Teflon coating ensuring going performance. NB: Powdered detergents have UV brightness visible to animals. We recommend reapplying DWR every two years. It is not recommended to store your garment damp, wet and scrunched.

These hunting pants mean business. I’ve put them through thick brush, wet mornings, and more hours in rough terrain than I care to count, they haven’t missed a beat. Water-resistant enough to laugh in the face of short downpours, tough enough to slide over rocks without shredding, and quiet enough to keep you undetected when that stag finally steps into view.

Very comfortable pants to be heading into the bush in, recently spent 5 days chasing Sika in them and was more than I expected from them. I was able to get them dry each night, from sweat not water, hanging by the fire, very durable material. More waterproof than I was expecting them to be.

I recently completed a fit out on a 97 Prado and decided it was time to spend a little coin on me. Like the Prado when you’re buying clothing for yourself there are a lot of options, you can’t have it all otherwise you end up with an HX60 so, you ask yourself what’s important. Recently I went to Stewart island to hunt the grey ghost and I thought I would take along the Stoney Creek landsborough as they boasted two major attributes that would come in handy. Warm and dry. These pants are now officially my favourite wet cold bloody miserable bastard weather pants what blew me away most was even after a full day in the rain they were not heavy trying to spend all there time around ya knees like other gear and I stayed warm in them without running to get changed when I got back to camp. They also have the added advantage of side vents so when you get the steam on heading up an incline you can quickly get some air. Get some.

The best stalking trousers I’ve ever owned!, and I owned a fair few. They say they aren’t waterproof but they are more waterproof than most waterproof trousers I’ve owned. Light, warm and quiet.
