Terms & Conditions 1. By entering the promotion, each entrant will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them. 2. The promoter is Stoney Creek est 1994 Ltd, 51B Glenlyon Ave, Greerton, Tauranga, New Zealand. 3. Entry is open to all New Zealand residents. Stoney Creek employees, its associated companies, agencies, and their associated companies are ineligible to participate. “Immediate family” means the entrant’s spouse, parent, siblings, and children. 4. The promotion starts on Friday, 1st November 2024, and ends on Friday, 31st January 2025 (“Promotion Period”). This may be extended to 28th February 2025. 5. To enter, individuals can submit entries online at https://www.stoneycreek.co.nz/summer-tees-competition between Friday, 1st November 2024, and Friday, 31st January 2025. This may be extended to 28th February 2025. Only entries received by the specified closing date will be accepted. You may enter as many times as you like. 6. Stoney Creek accepts no liability for late, lost, or incomplete entries. Entries will be deemed void if stolen, forged, mutilated, or tampered with in any way. 7. The photo with the most likes overall will receive a $500 Stoney Creek Gift Card, the second most-liked photo will receive a $250 Stoney Creek Gift Voucher, and the third most-liked photo will receive a $100 Stoney Creek Gift Voucher. Spot prizes will be awarded for the top two photos of each tee (the same image cannot win both the overall prize and a top tee spot prize). These spot prizes are at the discretion of Stoney Creek staff and will be announced during the promotion. A "luck of the draw" competition will be held for voters, with winners selected at the end of the promotion using a random number generator. Prize one will be a chilly bag and your choice of two summer tees (included in this promotion); prize two will be two summer tees (included in this promotion). Winners cannot select their prize; draw one will be for the first prize, and draw two for the second. 8. The Prize is not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash. The Prize is subject to Stoney Creek’s standard terms and conditions and cannot be redeemed via a retail store. 9. The overall winner will be the photo with the most likes; second place will be the photo with the second most likes, and third place will be the photo with the third most likes. A single photo can only win one prize; i.e., if a photo wins overall, it cannot win for that tee as well. 10. Winners will be notified via email once determined and at the end of the promotion. 11. By entering this promotion, you agree to give Stoney Creek the right to use the entered content across all marketing purposes, including but not limited to Stoney Creek’s social media, websites, catalogues, advertising, packaging, and digital platforms. If you do not consent to your photos/videos being used in Stoney Creek marketing materials, please advise in writing to [email protected]. 12. By claiming the Prize, the winner agrees to have their name, city, and photos/videos used on Stoney Creek’s social media, websites, catalogues, advertising, packaging, and digital platforms and be available for photo opportunities. The winner also consents to media releases regarding their win, including, but not limited to, photographs on Stoney Creek’s website, Facebook and Instagram pages, email newsletters, and press releases. 13. Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, Stoney Creek and its employees are not responsible for any loss or damage (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize. 14. In the event of a dispute or need for clarification, Stoney Creek’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 15. All entries become the property of Stoney Creek. By entering, entrants agree that Stoney Creek may contact them by email after the Promotional Period to notify them of the winner. Stoney Creek will only continue to contact entrants if they have opted to receive Stoney Creek’s email newsletter, subject to any applicable privacy laws. 16. Under New Zealand’s Privacy Act 1993, individuals have the right to access and correct their personal information by contacting Stoney Creek in writing at Stoney Creek Personal Information, Marketing Department, Stoney Creek, P.O. Box 13 246, Tauranga, 3141. 18. Stoney Creek reserves the right to modify these rules, extend, suspend, or discontinue this promotion at any time. 19. All entries must be the entrant’s original work and must not infringe upon any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights. Stoney Creek reserves the right to disqualify entries that are inappropriate, offensive, or otherwise non-compliant with these conditions. Stoney Creek also reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are incomplete, misleading, or generated by automated means. Any attempt to manipulate the voting or likes process will result in immediate disqualification. 20. Winners must claim their prize within 30 days of being notified. Failure to claim the prize within this period may result in forfeiture of the prize, and Stoney Creek reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate winner. If a stated prize becomes unavailable, Stoney Creek reserves the right to substitute it with one of equal or greater value. 21. Stoney Creek accepts no responsibility for technical issues, such as server outages or other problems, that prevent entries or votes from being submitted, processed, or received during the Promotion Period.
