Marketing Manager

A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer the overall purpose of the Marketing Manager is to manage the execution and optimisation of Stoney Creek’s product, trade and digital marketing plans to successfully achieve our brand, growth, sell in and sell through targets. This includes the development and delivery of effective product marketing collateral, campaigns, communications, advertising, promotions, website/social/digital activity, merchandising and tactical sales support initiatives that deliver strong ROI throughout the lifecycles of our various products, categories and D2C and B2B sales channels.

Marketing and Sales Coordinator

A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the overall purpose of the Marketing & Sales Coordinator role is to support both the marketing and sales teams in the effective delivery of the strategic marketing plan, trade marketing plans and the product marketing communications across all our B2B and D2C touch points.

You will be responsible for:

  • Marketing Communications - Champions the internal and external trade and marketing communications, including developing weekly newsletters, brand, product and corporate presentations, email marketing, social media activity, internal comms, copy writing and trading proposals across our B2B network.
  • Trade Marketing Coordination - Support the marketing & sales team with the development and delivery of all trade marketing requirements, including Catalogues, POS, Merchandising, Price Lists, Media Kits, Samples, Reseller Brand & Product content requests, Retail Promotions, Presentations and Proposals, B2B Portal updates, Trade EDMs, Social Media Support, Training, Signage and Promotional requests.
  • Product, Promotional and Packaging Coordination - Supports the marketing & design teams with the development and delivery of all product marketing requirements, including Catalogues, Product Presentations, Price Lists, POS, Swing Tags, Packaging and maintaining content across Website, Social Media Support, Portals and other digital marketing touch points.
  • Marketing Administration - Provide the Marketing & Sales teams with general support and assistance in the development, delivery and reporting of marketing strategies, planning, project briefing, reporting and budgeting – ensuring that the annual marketing calendar, tactical marketing initiatives, events, sponsorships, promotions, partnerships and other marketing administrative duties area delivered on time and to budget, as required.
  • Customer Marketing - Supports the Customer Service, Sales and Marketing Teams with ‘best for customer’ support across marketing led touch points, including Websites, Online Chat, Social Media, Events, Emails and Phone.

Distribution Storeperson

A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Distribution Manager and leading the distribution team you will be responsible for:

  • Replenishment of stock pick faces including transferring stock from satellite warehouses
  • Maintaining an efficient and tidy warehouse
  • Adhering to Health and Safety procedures of the warehouse and be responsible for ensuring other warehouse staff are also adhering
  • Delivering on weekly priorities and deliverables set by Warehouse Manager including order picking, packing and despatch, stock replenishment, show and container picks
  • Contributing to the development and review of SOPs for the Warehouse staff and space including warehouse improvement projects and implementation of new technologies
  • Clear concise unambiguous communication throughout the workplace, with external suppliers and customers
  • Accurate stocktaking across multiple sites
  • Investigation of stock variances
  • Receiving and unpack containers in accordance with MPI regulations
  • Responding to any queries in an accurate and timely manner
  • Any other ongoing tasks which contribute to the functioning of the warehouse department

Customer Experience Representative

A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Customer Experience Team Leader you will be responsible for:

  • Accurate and timely entry of customer orders into Cin7
  • Contributing to the development and review of SOPs for the Customer Experience staff and space, including customer improvement projects and implementation of new technologies
  • Being proactive in learning the technical specifications of our products so that you can provide the most comprehensive service to customers
  • Providing assistance to the website customer through online chat functionality – supporting their product, order, delivery and general enquiries.
  • Providing first point of contact response across all Stoney Creek inbound enquiry touchpoints, including reception, phonelines, email, social inbox, website enquires and at various showroom/events (when required)
  • Providing assistance to STC Sales Representatives and E-Commerce/Marketing teams in the form of outbound sales calls when required
  • Responding to any queries in an accurate and timely manner
  • Handling escalations and difficult customers professionally and effectively
  • Providing reporting as requested
  • Occasionally assist in the warehouse if required
  • Occasionally support the sales and marketing teams delivering tradeshows and events as/if required
  • Assisting with the ongoing improvement of the customer journey – documenting what can help with improved information across websites/portals
  • Any other tasks which contribute to the functioning of the Customer Experience department
