CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Notes on Washing: To extend the life of the garment and for best performance, close all zips including pocket zips. Use a small amount of non-scented LIQUID detergent and gentle wash at a temperature below 40º Celsius. DO NOT use powder detergents, fabric softener or chlorine bleach. Powder detergents include artificial scents, UV brighteners and abrasives that will reduce the life of the garment. Warm tumble dry, or line dry after washing.

Care after every use: Clean or wipe down any dirt, blood, or sweat. Ensure your rainwear layer is fully DRY before you store it away. Ensure that the environment where you store your garments is in a dry damp-free place. Ensure rainwear items are hanging up and not stored in a cram bag or screwed up in a heap.

Durable Water Repellency (DWR): If you notice that the water is not beading off the outer surface it’s time to replenish the DWR. Wash your garment through a standard wash cycle (use liquid detergent), then you can wash it again using an in-wash DWR replenisher (at 30°C) OR a spray on DWR replenisher. Dry the garment at a LOW temperature in a tumble dryer or air dry.

Hands down my new favourite outer for stalking. Great durability when pushing through the tight stuff, and didnt get too beaten up when hooked up on bush lawyer. The lightweight design and full length zip is good for a big dude like me as I can dump heat... but honestly wore this all day in mid April, 15-20degree weather during blue bird conditions in the CNI and didnt ever feel like I needed to take it off. Breathes really well, yet provides plenty of warmth, wind resistance and protection. I didnt think I could find something better than the old Sika Pullover... but this stealthshell makes the old favourite look like a heavy dinosaur now.

The jacket was good, it will be perfect for bush stalking in the roar, and through the winter months. It’s a warm, light, and flexible jacket. I like all the zip pockets as well, I put stuff in all the pockets, and it still felt comfortable.

The Stealth Shell Jacket has become my go-to Jacket as the season begins to change with summer coming to an end fast. Over the spring and summer period I have been using and loving my Switch Jacket to provide a layer of cover when things get chilly. The Stealthshell adds more protection and insulation. The Jacket feels good on, plenty of flexibility, and the insulation is instantly noticed while not feeling bogged down with weight. This jacket will be my main layer until things get really cold requiring a puffer. This jacket will be ideal in tops or stalking in the bush.
