Packed with 220gms of ultra-warm Primaloft® Silver down blend, the Thermolite (aka ThermoFlex) Vest provides 100% protection from the wind, high insulation, water resistance and ultimate comfort thanks to its 4-way stretch durable fabric. Using welded baffles, this jacket is purposely built to provide ultimate protection from the elements and promote high insulation warmth to your core during plummeting temperatures.

Packed with 220gms of ultra-warm Primaloft® Silver down blend, the Thermolite (aka ThermoFlex) Vest provides 100% protection from the wind, high insulation, water resistance and ultimate comfort thanks to its 4-way stretch durable fabric. Using welded baffles, this jacket is purposely built to provide ultimate protection from the elements and promote high insulation warmth to your core during plummeting temperatures.
With a TPU membrane which blocks 100% of wind, the Thermolite (aka ThermoFlex) Vest is your ultimate insulation layer to take with you into the hills. With an advanced Primaloft® Silver Down Blend, that has the equivalent warmth to a 650 Fill Power Down, this garment offers superior warmth-to-weight ratio.
At only 426 grams (size L), the Thermolite (aka ThermoFlex) Vest offers maximum warmth with minimum weight. An ideal choice for the weight conscious expedition hunter, who is travelling into the Alpine and requires crucial warmth.
Used primarily as an outer layer when glassing in Alpine conditions, the Thermolite (aka ThermoFlex) Vest is built tough to withstand the elements above the bush line. Welded baffles enhance the Thermolite (aka ThermoFlex) Vest’s water resistance, and when combined with it’s advanced DWR coating, will actively repel snow, rain, dirt and blood.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To maintain top performance of your Stoney Creek garment we recommend a regular warm washing at 40 degrees (inside out) with a non-powdered laundry detergent (Sports Wash recommended) and occasional warm tumble dry, right side out. A warm wash assists in killing bacteria and the warm drying for 20 minutes revives the fabric and rejuvenates the DWR and the Teflon coating ensuring going performance. NB: Powdered detergents have UV brightness visible to animals. We recommend reapplying DWR every two years. It is not recommended to store your garment damp, wet and scrunched.

This vest has to be one of the best SC purchase I have made along with the thermotough jacket which I wear with the vest sometimes. I don’t go anywhere without this vest and has been great on the farm and out in the bush and just for everyday wear. It’s great that it has deep pockets to be able to keep your hands warm, and it’s so easy to move in. I literally wear and take it everywhere. Love that it is so lightweight and that it can be packed away so easily when travelling. This vest is true to size so I sized up so I could add layers. This is an investment piece but definitely worth every dollar.

This has got to be my favourite piece of SC women’s clothing. Great cut, true to size and fleece lined pockets and neck. Simply add a SC thermal underneath and it’s warm enough for all day tramps and hikes. Pair with SC active tights and you’re set. Completely blocks the wind and if you get hot…simply open the zip for an immediate cool down. Can’t recommend this enough. I’m keen to get a second one in a different colour/pattern as I’ve literally lived the entire winter in this beauty. Thanks SC for catering to women with specific Woman’s cuts.
