Wore these on our last 4 day hunt up nth in 30C-38C. Really pleased with how they went. The material is very light weight but seemed to handle the conditions well where we were. Having the zips down the side definitely helps with airflow too. If your on an active hunt in high temps definitely recommend you check these out.

The Fast Hunt pants are the perfect bit of kit for a summer hunt. The zips on the side allow for great ventilation. The fabric is super tough and quiet as well as quick drying. The fabric also doesn’t absorb blood or sweet and stains easily wash out with a bit of water. I’m really happy how these pants are performing in the North Queensland heat.

The new Fast Hunt pants and shirt are ideal for the warmer months and those fast, physical, run and gun type hunts that I do. Whether you’re in the savannah outback of northern Australia, north island bush or the tussock tops on the Southern Alps the Fast Hunt pant is versatile available in both shades of Tuatara Camo or bayleaf for any hunting application and the light weight, breathable, fast drying fabric is a no brainer for the active hunter.

Easily my favourite pant offered by Stoney Creek at the moment. Also initially a little hesitant but have found them well fitting, lightweight, quick drying and pretty tough wearing given their material. The perfect summer trouser, but I will also wear these year round for any trips where I am regularly active and sweating, and carry a pair of Dreambull overtrou to wear over-top if glassing for long periods/ in wind or snow. Definitely the trousers to try if you've only ever worn shorts and find most pants too restrictive or hot.
