“My husband and I own a Catana 42, and find protection from the sun is critical. Stuart was diagnosed with an aggressive sarcoma 4 years ago, and with radiation and surgery we are back out doing what we love. We each have a top, and a chill tube, and put them on in the morning and wear them all day. You do feel cooler wearing the top than not. Stuart has had lesions removed from his ears, so the hoodie feature is great and he wears a brim hat on top of that. You are not worrying all the time about putting on sunscreen

Boom! Nailed my first Marlin this year wearing an Apex Hoodie. Love it. This gear is very much part of my fishing kit now. So comfortable to wear. I'd normally wear a singlet out on the boat in summer, but was impressed with how light, cool and comfortable this hoodie is. No need for slopping on greasy sunblock now. Was sceptical at first, thinking it was just another rash shirt, but honestly the best boating/fishing gear i've ever worn. Looks sic too. All the boys want one now to look like a team out on the water. Well done Stoney Creek. Im hooked.

Best summer fly fishing shirt ive worn. Was so comfy to wear under my vest on a recent evening rise down the river. 26 degrees and I never once felt sticky or hot. Best thing was, the fabric was thick enough to keep the swarms of mosquitos away, whereas my Simms solar flex fabric on my gloves they managed to still find a way to bite through. Please please bring out some gloves!!

Great piece of kit! comfortable to wear, the Ram-Jet tech is awesome, keeps you nice and cool on those hot summer days!
