Bought one each for our kids for tramping as their nylon coats weren't up to task. They've kept them dry as we could hope in horrific conditions on a dozen tramps now. Tough as, and comfortable. If any fault, it's that the camo is so effective they can disappear completely, which would be handy for hunting, but not search and rescue.
