Best jacket ever super handy for cold morning starts or the winds

I love some things about this jacket. It's super warn, I feel confident in the outer shell material, the chest pocket is super handy. However, I had to send this jacket back as the stitching had come undone on the hem by the second wear. Thankfully, you guys corrected it and had my jacket returned to me, however, this is still disappointing is such a high end jacket and given my experience with your new tights which two of two pairs had stitching issues, it makes me question the quality of your new stock. The other complaint I have with this jacket comes down to the design of the hood. The hood is quite "shellow" and I find that it doesn't protect my face from rain which is a bit ackward.
