They are perfect, warm and water proof, and when get wet, get dry faster.
I have a pair of these gloves and they are not waterproof. My cousin also has a pair and his are not waterproof. I suspect this may be a design fault.

Great gloves have tried the rest but for winter hunting I’d highly recommend.
